Keauhou Kai is for rent (NOT)! The building has been recently painted, new elevator installed, spalling and railings repaired. We recently took on a new long term tenant - marketing does work!

The market in the beautiful Keauhou area on the Big Island of Hawaii, is very competitive. After doing a thorough analysis of the purchasing trends, number of condos on the market, and our own investment plans, my business partner and I recently decided to reduce the price on one of our real estate investments by $40,000 for a listing price of $559,000.
